Prosecutors will not file charges against a Marion County woman whose dog attacked and killed her 3-year-old daughter in Febuary, a Web site is reporting.Officials said there is not enough evidence to show a crime was committed after Lori Haaker's daughter wandered into a pen with four American bulldogs, got entagled in dog chains and was attacked by one of the dogs at Haaker's dog-breeding business, CFN13.com is reporting.The dogs were euthanized.
