It looks like celebrities can't seem to stay out of troubles these days. Katt Williams has recently gotten himself into his own controversy with the law.

Last November, Katt was arrested for burglary and trespassing. He later faced a $230,000 lawsuit after being detained by police at a Wal-Mart the following month.

The comedian is being sued again after reportedly threatening to kill a man if he pressed charges on him for a dog attack.

The Atlanta Journal Constitution stated that recording studio owner, Marion Joseph Powers, has filed a lawsuit against Katt Williams claiming that the actor prompted his dog to bite him while he was working in the studio.

Court files claim that Katt and his bodyguards came to Powers' studio in October 2009, bringing along his dog. Allegedly, he demonstrated an "attack signal," instructing his dog to bite the other and leaving Powers' animal with injuries.

The studio owner says he agreed to meet with Katt in a hotel to discuss the situation in November, but was intimidated by Williams into not pressing charges. Powers claims he was forced to sit in a chair while Katt's dog was "snarling" at him. He also stated that the Katt held him against his will, and threatened to kill him.

Powers is demanding $1 million in damages for assault, property damage, internal infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment and battery.

The altercation is believed to have taken place the same day Williams' was interviewed by local news after being asked to leave Atlanta's Four Seasons Hotel.

Statements addressing these incidents have yet to be released.

The dog's breed was not specified in reports, but internet searching indicated that Mr. Williams owns a German Shepherd.
